Damn. Just saw that Daviegh Chase died from meningitis today. Spirited Away is one of my favorite movies and she did a great job with it. She also scared the hell out of me in The Ring. RIP.

Today’s run kicked my ass. It was too hot. I need to start getting up at 5am for the cooler morning runs again. Im feeling super drained right now and started popping ibuprofen for the oncoming headache. I hate south florida. I also need compression shorts. #runsky #running #training

Did two runs back to back. Started with a benchmark run to do a training course to bring my 5k time down. I scoffed at a 5 minute run until it told me to run strong. I scoff no more. I followed that up with a short lunch jog. Now for buttloads of water and tylenol. #runsky #running #training

Ill have my surgery in about a month, which means ill be take another 4-6 weeks off of running. But in the meantime, ill do what I can. #runsky #running

The best part of south florida is that its hotter than satan’s ass crack by 7:30 in the morning. And by best, i mean worst. But the dog enjoyed the walk. #dogwalk
