Time to head home! Reno was fun. Always an experience bowling in the National Stadium! Highlight was beating my previous high 9-game total by 14 pins (shot 1727, averaging 192 per game)! Look forward to trying again next year. Love a bit of a challenge 🎳

I've logged 10 miles this week and I'm proud of myself for getting more consistent with my runs! 🏃‍♂️🔥 Time for coffee and a peanut butter cookie :3

Ran 3.11 miles along the Burke Gilman Trail. Was only going to run 2 miles, but it was so nice out, I decided to dig deep and just run the full 5k!
