I dunno if anyone has pointed this out yet but I like how Bruno is the only character so far in these diecasts boxes not looking directly at us and instead staring off into space
Other than a few typical things that these diecast toys lack like no painted buffers, buffer beam, plastic tenders, this is one of the best 2026 diecasts I've seen. SHE EVEN HAS ACTUAL CAB WINDOWS THAT ARE REAL LIKE BRO??? I will absolutely be picking this one up.

Nice to see that the 2026 Motorized Henry's steam pipes and cylinders are actually green unlike the diecast one
I just wanna point out that this is the first Motorized Henrietta for the west since Hit Toys' 2007-2009 version
The middle wheels on the new 2026 motorized engines only go up and down to accommodate for the hills, so they don't actually spin. And since the motorized Emily's big wheels act as the middle wheels, they will not spin unfortunately
Was about to question if the 2026 Metal Collection Emily's big wheels would spin since it has no metal pin but then I remembered AEG Emily also has this trait and it managed to spin its big wheels. Hoping this new Emily's big wheels will also spin because I actually really vibe with this one

So just a couple minutes ago as I was going through more old storage boxes, I came across one of my childhood Tomy Thomases that I have not thought of in a very long time!
It really hurts with those two because this is Mavis' first diecast toy since 2013. I'm happy to see her again, but the fact she has shortcomings like no side plates or back hazard stripes really hurts her. As for Salty, his AEG and even the mediocre 2019 PA knew to give him back hazard stripes...
So wave 2 of the 2026 diecast stuff released in Toys R Us Malaysia. These images come from @ZWTY_57 on youtube and when I had a closer inspection on them, particularly on Salty and Mavis, I could not believe what I was seeing. They really just gave up on the backs of them
