Yesterday, I attended a workshop in the Freelance Editors Club and one of the questions asked what makes me feel accomplished. I tried to find both professional and personal things, but the first one that popped into my mind was the testimonial below.

More importantly, sometimes authors need to be a bit weird or outside the box in their prose style. She is a master at identifying your writing quirks and letting you be you.

I’m so excited to share that our short story collection Together is a Distant Star is finally out in the world! Happy Pub Day to my fellow authors in this indie SFF anthology ft. women & queer authors from around the world! This is the first fiction story I’ve ever shared with anyone. 🙈

Spirits didn’t bother me. Never had. What was Ireland if not death’s waiting room? It was a comfort to think life went on in some way. That maybe, somewhere, my family might be looking on from afar.
