The guy who throws the glasses and crashes through the window is also the director of this video - an Australian named Nash Edgerton. As if you couldn't tell, he's a professional stuntman, and among his many credits he was the stunt double for Ewan McGregor in the Star Wars prequels.
He's also directed a couple of feature films and his latest gig is an Australian sitcom called Mr. Inbetween. This is one of four videos he directed for Bob Dylan.

I saw this in a YT video today about the lives of maesters in the Westeros setting and damn it looked familiar
