As trust counties to build… We leave our front door open, in case Maatje stops by (his name). He stopped by for a visit, and hung with me on the couch. He doesn’t know it yet, but he’s days away from going to the vet. Vaccinations. Checkup. And a loss of some…assets.

This guy totally playing with my entire family's heartstrings...the third time he's come up the fire escape. Doesn't want food, nor water. Comes in a few feet and sits a spell, hangs out on the stairs, and then...gone. I think this is his probing to find a safe place.
