Last night we had this beauty. Montfort Blancs de Sers. A golden colored sparkling wine made from three grapes you don’t run into often, especially in a sparkling: Valderbara, Vernaccia, and Nosiola. Sorta tastes like Martinelli’s cider. Brut nature. Really good.
