Deadlift lags behind. Possibly technical, possibly a casualty of also losing some bodyweight. 175kg x 3.
More lifting-posting, I’m afraid. Finished up the training block, so testing progress. 170kg x 4 on the squat, which is wild to me as this was my 1rm a few months back.
I pressure cook them for 2 mins instead of parboiling, dust with semolina, then roast for 40–60 mins in duck fat. Parboiling should work instead of pressure cooking, until they’re almost but not quite falling apart.
