Getting Jeep tires rotated, routine brake service, at Kal Tire, waiting room TV is on. Not paying much attention (I have a book with me). In the midst of a Portuguese sports broadcast, a loud Tena commercial in English: "Let's talk about urine leakage!"

I am hoping so, but I've spotted a lot of it in our deceased neighbour's yard (house vacant, pending sale / probate), so it's going to spread from there. Argh. I dug out area where our yard was infested, covered with plastic.

Just removed a bunch of this from our front lawn. It had sprouted up in an area disturbed for underground drain pipe repairs. "Creeping bellflower" (campanula rapunculoides) looks lovely, but is apparently an aggressive & invasive plant species & very difficult to eradicate once established.

I'm not sure what alternate reality / dimension our Bell security panel exists in, but in our realm it is 30°C, hot, humid, sunny ... not -13°C, definitely not snowing.
