Exeter is such a nice place to visit. Thriving high street, quirky shops and cafes, the cathedral, great quayside area, random chapels and old buildings amongst modern architecture... and loads of people riding cargo bikes.

Here's a good example at my local Sainsbury's. Cycle racks hidden around the side, behind some benches, on a camber, on a footway with no dropped kerb nearby.

How about improving public transport so those who rely on cars don't have to deal with as much traffic? I quite fancied going to watch my local football team today and these are my options. Cycling would be an option if it didn't involve 3.5 miles of 60mph dual carriageway.

You're lucky - no dogs allowed on this consecrated ground. But the car park is very convenient for viewing the 1,000-year-old west wall of the Abbey.

This is my GP surgery - 2015 vs 2023 (it's now all car park). It's in a conservation area, which the Council defines as an area with "special architectural or historic interest, the character or appearance of which it is desirable to preserve or enhance."
