To be honest, Revelation is probably my most anticipated game, too ... but it feels a bit silly to pick the same game, and there are lots of promising competitors, so let's go with another RPG instead:

I've been reading Charles Dicken's "A Child's History of England", and I was honestly expecting a fairly tame and patriotic account of his nation's history. So far, though, it has ... not been that.

A paragraph from Charles Dickens' book "A Child's History of England", concluding his chapter on 'England Under James the First'. It reads:

His Sowship’s eyes were getting red with eagerly looking for the money, when the end of a gluttonous life came upon him; and, after a fortnight’s illness, on Sunday the twenty-seventh of March, one thousand six hundred and twenty-five, he died. He had reigned twenty-two years, and was fifty-nine years old. I know of nothing more abominable in history than the adulation that was lavished on this King, and the vice and corruption that such a barefaced habit of lying produced in his court. It is much to be doubted whether one man of honour, and not utterly self-disgraced, kept his place near James the First. Lord Bacon, that able and wise philosopher, as the First Judge in the Kingdom in this reign, became a public spectacle of dishonesty and corruption; and in his base flattery of his Sowship, and in his crawling servility to his dog and slave, disgraced himself even more. But, a creature like his Sowship set upon a throne is like the Plague, and everybody receives infection from him.

Fun Fact 2: that 4.24-out-of-5 rating also puts it ahead of every other movie in the 60 Most Reviewed for 2021 … except for "Bo Burnham: Inside", which has the same score. If you leave a review for Marcel after watching it, you'd better give it a 4.5 or higher, or so help me…

Confirmed. (The third one is admittedly a bit of a stretch, but the car IS used to carry some Marines into position during one mission, so I think it sort-of counts.)

I normally try to avoid the obviously-evil options in my first play-through of an RPG - but when the comedic timing is as perfect as this, I admit, it IS difficult.

I finally got around to watching A Good Girl's Guide to Murder, and three episodes in ... blimey, it's very Life-Is-Strange-y, isn't it? I honestly wouldn't be surprised if the LIS TV show offered Emma Myers the role of Max and she thought, "But I just did that!"

I must've been so young, so innocent when I first read and watched Pride and Prejudice. This time around, I couldn't help but think that somewhere out there, there are undoubtedly people who ship Elizabeth with Mr Collins.
