I've just found out that my great-great grandfather, Philip Boyd (along with his two business partners - Messrs Morant, Boyd & Blanford) designed the Resolute Desk for Queen Victoria to give to President Rutherford B. Hayes in 1880. (also thanking the Gods that Trump does not use it - big phew!)
