Yesterday I walked 8 miles, 21,810 steps, per the iParasite. The most steps and miles for a day since my knee replacements. The one year anniversary of 1st knee surgery was May 5; the 2nd Sept 15. I've walked 7,122 steps this morning. Average since last Sunday is almost 12,000 steps, 4.4 miles.
