Planting and fertilizing is often done with tractors and specialized attachments, harvesting needs the specialized tractor.
What to you mean by handheld GPS? Because most of those aren't accurate enough for what tractors use them for, all the ones I've seen are closer to the survey units.

Cheyenne is the only bright side in the exchange, lol. The issue is the insane discrepancy in state legislative district population because the districts out that way are 3-4 hours drive across as-is (or so they justify it, anyways). Each of those districts has around 37k residents.
If we're doing waterfalls, the Niobrara has some neat little ones and one "big" one. Does 63' count as big? We don't really do cliffs or tall hills here.
My only point has been that this (and the OP I replied to) are meaningless statements. "Soup isn't stored in a cardboard box" and "ingredients aren't soup" and "cereal ingredients are dry therefore not soup" are incoherent as a collective argument, you can argue each one alone, but not together.
