The title, which every icon bears for identification purposes, is replaced by metadata aesthetics: hash strings, QR fragments or barcode patterns, incorporated into the saint’s gold relief rather than superimposed upon it – the inscription remains an inscription; only the character code changes.
This logic – variation of a prototype instead of individual invention – is structurally identical to AI sampling/prompt iteration. A working cycle that deliberately repeats the same face in many variants makes this continuity visible.
