My current favorite rock. A very sparkly rock full of little cube-shaped crystals of pyrite and chalcopyrite shining gold and green and purple in the sun. It is shown wet as I was watering my garden when I noticed it looking so shiny. You can show your favorite rock today in the replies.

Cotton flowers start out white and then become pink over a few days. This is my first time growing them as I'm in far northern Illinois, and they require a longer growing season than we have here. To compensate, I started growing the seed in early Spring in a greenhouse.
