New role to be announced soon! Former J6 Committee Senior Professional Staffer & principal drafter of committee’s final report. Fan of Tom Paine.
Everything Netanyahu told Trump would happen in a war with Iran (see Haberman & Swan’s account in Regime Change below) was wrong. Iranian regime didn’t fall. Americans still being hit with ballistic missiles at bases. Iran has choked off Strait of Hormuz. Netanyahu was wrong about everything.
Over on X, this transcript of Richard Nixon is going viral with praise. It’s a reminder of how vile Nixon was, as he railed against All in the Family for “promoting homosexuality” and claimed same-sex relations destroyed the Greeks. In memory of Rob Reiner, the “hippie son-in-law” Nixon hated!
Tim Pool was paid by a Russian front to create content. This is definitely the dumbest timeline…
They are really trying to push this claim that China creates fake drivers’ licenses blah blah blah. Didn’t happen. It was just something someone said.
Trump’s speech last night was yet another dud. They’ve still got nothing. That’s why MAGA influencers like Benny Johnson (who was paid by a Kremlin outfit to produce content) are desperately trying to cherry-pick intel files. This claim is just something someone said - not an actual finding.
This is complete insanity. But it’s their new apocalyptic talking point: that we are somehow on the brink of a communist takeover and we need them save us. And they use these end-times warnings as a pretext for power grabs.
A tsunami of election-related lies is coming - more than the massive lies they’ve already been telling.
Benny Johnson is a MAGA conspiracist who was paid by the Kremlin to make content. He’s pushed one idiotic conspiracy theory after another. Now he and other MAGA conspiracists are trying to rebut conspiratorial beliefs about Charlie Kirk’s murder. But they’re finding it hard - it’s their cesspool.
The conspiracism is so rabid on the American right that conspiracists like Sen Mike Lee are trying to fend off other conspiracists, like Candace Owens, who are making up conspiracy theories about Charlie Kirk’s assassination. That’s what this is about:
Trump is selling permanent residency (a step close to citizenship) via his “Trump Gold Card,” but Kevin Roberts of the Heritage Foundation (and self-described “mastermind” of Project 2025) is pretending that the Trump regime is defending the sanctity of citizenship.
Speaker Mike Johnson posted this cartoon depicting Zohran Mamdani as a Marxist-Communist. Mamdani is a democratic socialist - not a communist. Disagree with his policies all you want, but this is a new Red Scare. It’s part of coordinated effort, from Trump down, to portray Democrats as communists.
Curtis Yarvin is a major rightwing ideologue and has greatly influenced JD Vance. He’s also not too bright. All sorts of investigations were conducted after the 2020 election. Turned up nothing. He isn’t content to leave his dumb conspiracy mongering there - moving onto Obama’s birth certificate.
This is nuts: ABC News regurgitates the White House’s talking points on the Smithsonian. In effect, the Trump regime has accused the Smithsonian of being too multicultural. The “report” criticizes, e.g., the Smithsonian’s portrayal of immigrant and LGBTQ+ rights. No reason to side with bigots.
A sitting senator still pushing nonsense like this - no amount of reality will deter “Based” Mike Lee. This is all about deflecting from the rising extremism on their own side.
Difficult to be dumber than this. The white supremacists would be Trump’s federal agents if this idiotic conspiracy theory were true. Which of course it isn’t. Because…dumb.
Even Musk’s AI bot knows this is a stupid conspiracy theory (which is also being spread by Musk’s algorithm):
This is a post by the editor-in-chief of Ben Shapiro’s The Daily Wire, pretending the white supremacists marching through Washington are fake. As I wrote earlier, conservatives alternate between claiming these extremists are puppets of SPLC and the deep state. In reality, they’re on his side.
Here’s Sen Mike Lee pretending that the FBI is behind the Patriot Front:
“Based” Sen Mike Lee has been a superspreader for the conspiracy theory that Patriot Front doesn’t exist:
Here are some examples of conservatives claiming the Patriot Front is somehow a fake leftwing puppet. First up is this “reporter” from the Heritage Foundation’s Daily Signal. This guy also testified at an outrage hearing aimed at the SPLC.
This is part of a longer campaign to portray anyone to the center-left of the regime as a “Marxist,” “communist,” etc. On July 4, the Trump regime is attacking a bogeyman. It’s a deliberate rhetorical campaign to distract from the right’s own extremism and Trump’s authoritarian cult of personality.
This July 4th, the Trump regime is pushing a new Red Scare. This is an actual White House post. The regime is pretending that communism is a serious threat to America.
This is a post from the White House’s chief counterterrorism adviser, quoting Trump. It is representative of one of the right’s dominant narratives: that nearly everyone to the left of them is a communist and “Marxism” is a serious threat to the U.S. It’s obvious nonsense. But they often repeat it.
No one spends as much time inventing fictional reasons to hate immigrants as Stevie Miller.
We are not at war here in the U.S. or in a world war. The border is not “open” and hasn’t been. Lots of people are helped by welfare. Noncitizens are banned from voting. We’ve had birthright citizenship since the 19th Century. This guy is a sitting senator:
