I'm just saying: if you described this room to your D&D party, you could throw out whatever other encounters you had planned for the session. They're spending all night investigating Area 27.) Pink Brick Square Floor Hole in Wall with Panel.

A basement room with blue walls. In the middle of the wall is a large brick wall painted pink. To one side the brick has a round hole in it filled with brown insulation. In front of the wall is a square area in the carpet that is tan brick. To the left of the pink brick section is a blue panel which sticks out from the wall. The place most likely had a fireplace in it at one time but now there's just enough emptiness that the whole thing looks vaguely ominous.
