FDM gissar jag. Testa lägre lagerhöjd, slå på ironing, eller kanske till och med ”fuzzy skin”? Eller testa stående, och så får du kanske slipa lite undertill. Det går att komma långt med 0.2 mm munstycke och 0.05 lagerhöjd. Tar för evigt bara. Lack och färg kan också hjälpa.
Den är sirlig, trevliga färgskiftningar, och liknar en vacker stjärna? Det här är uppenbarheter.
I’m also a huge fan of this piece, portraying the cruel hubris of the old world explorers, presumably minutes before they are dealt with by the righteous Lizardmen. It shows off Lustria in a way that’s… a challenge to recreate on the tabletop.
Nice. I keep coming back to a 6th ed. one. I don’t remember if it’s in the rule book, but I know it was in the 2002 Citadel Miniatures Catalogue. I love the art where the environment prominently feature, it really sells the setting.

Snow is lovely. It literally brightens your day in winter. January has been good for snow here in the southern half of Sweden. For the past few years it’s been far too rainy and muddy. I took winter for granted growing up in the north before the climate apocalypse got going.
Vill man göra riktigt små detaljrika figurer är nog fdm-skrivare fortfarande inte optimala jämfört alternativen, med det tar sig! Och för träd, byggnader och så funkar det.
I basically didn’t finish painting any minis this year. But a decent amount of terrain!

Since the mausoleum is OOP, and expensive, I turned to my trusty 3d-printer. There are a lot of files out there. Few quite as cool as the Sigmarite mausoleum, not quite enough skulls or thorny rambling roses, or spooky candles. But it’s easy to add detailing.
Coming back into the hobby after 15 years, I started right back up with my Imperial fists (not pictured here) and Lizardmen (very much pictured here). I now have more old metal Lizardmen than I did back then, with a goal of collecting the whole range (more or less). I even painted 1 new old skink!
