Run #2 of the season - Went on a route I’ve never been on before so I wasn’t conscious of how far or how long I was running. - jog/walk because of standard right foot fascia discomfort and some light cramping. Was definitely thirsty too. - was still pleased with the distance and time though.

Don’t do this at the gym. EVER. This guy put — TWENTY SIX — 10 pound plates on the barbell, ran out of small plates so took ones from the squat rack. Two 10 pound dumbbells on the floor. One 30 pound barbell on the floor. During this photo, he is also offscreen using a cable machine.
