9- Journey to the Center of the Earth (2008) It's an adventure movie of the 90s made in 2008, riding the wave of movies like National Treasure, right before this genre was killed by superhero movies. It's like mozza stick to me. It's cheap, it's cheesy, I can eat 50 of them in a row.
8 - Wayward Pines (2012) I didn't even knew it was adapted into a TV show until i searched a screenshot for this post. Anyway the book it's like "We have Twin Peaks at home" except it's 2% Twin Peaks and the rest is fillers and dystopian novel tropes. It's not really good.
Made a layton themed game for my wife 30th birthday and all everyone was talking about is how Layton on this default pose is doing six seven
7 - Dog Man (2024) It's funny, it's cute and I love the animation. It's also extremely unfocused. I get that it's a stream of consciousness serie of adventures, but it also kind of lose its charm halfway through.
6 - The Boys Season 1 (2019) The comic suck ass, it kept me away from the show for a very long time. It's a shame because it's very good. It's also extremely political from the get go. The losers crying things become political by the last season are incredibly dumbs
5 - The Sheep Detectives (2026) We are so back. It's a murder mystery, it's for kid, it's cute, it's clever, the mystery doesn't undercut the themes and characters. A must watch. I am sure it will become a classic.
4 - I saw the TV Glow (2024) Yeah, I get it. That doesn't mean i adored it. It is very long, it's very weird. It's important yes but I won't say it's for everyone. The fact that for me it's a 7/10 doesn't mean I don't admire the craft.
3 - Jim Queen (2026) What can I say that I didn't already said? This is an amazing movie. It's a gay movie for gays, it make fun of its own world without ever being mean, and aim to celebrate acceptance within our own community
2 - Obsession (2025) Oh this is excellent at being a bad time all the way through. A real feel bad movie. Even the deliberately humorous scenes doesn't deter from the awful pit in your stomach. Bear is a guy who suck who inflict a fate worse than death to a person he's supposed to love.
1 - Backrooms (2026) A director who really get the backroom, a writer that understand the assignment and elevate the source material with clear themes and metaphors. A banger all the way through.
doing a thing i wont be able to post about for a long time but i thought the visual was neat
I get it. I feel it. This is great. But this is also very slow, not a pace i am used to
Guy who can't take two second to search: OH YEAH WELL WHERE ARE YOU SOURCES????
