#Progess. Not as much as I'd like, of course, but progress.

An unfinished comic page, mostly pencil sketches, some ink. Now the viewer can see an incense burner in the foreground, statues, and more burning torches and candles in the background. It all appears to be underground.

No art lately, but here's some amateur #photography from a day trip to Venice. I recommend the toy museum. You'll kill a half hour and 5€, but your kids will never understand why none of the toys are for sale.

A bronze statue of a man in a long coat and scarf. The name "Manin" is embossed against a sunburst. A winged lion, also bronze, rests on the steps in front. A flowery wreath with Italian colors has been set next to the lion at the base of the statue.

Some super old buildings in Venice that have seen better days. The square they overlook is mostly empty except for a few people. Graffiti and weather damage is everywhere.

An actual progress post #comic #fantasyart - I've made positive progress over the last couple weeks. Candidly, I'm just really tired of backgrounds (lol) and so I may back off of doing these in #tradart methods; plan to fill any gaps in via CSP/inkscape once the pages themselves are scanned in --
