I was tinkering with my #pathfinder2e idea for a Flesh-fascinated Skeleton Necromancer. And uh... 'sbit nightmarish, ain't it.
Today, after squinting at an artist signature on an image seen on Pinterest, I've learned of Olan Meows, pet portraitist. This changed the trajectory of my whole day.
My favorite thing about Treerazer's design is that to me, he always looks like a hybrid of Slogra and Gaibon.
#pathfinder2e Me picking a two-handed weapon for a Guardian that isn't a polearm or greatsword:
The screen is horizontal and recessed into the surface of the table!
Hell, some of the worst people imaginable still manage to date, and nobody is making Temple Fugate style hate edits of their images.
I got irritated enough to compile a list of premade staves I *know* I can 100% use as an all-occult caster that either isn't a Bard or a Bard who doesn't play instruments/needs one or both hands free for other reasons.
I used the Scout archetype. Feinting with Stealth is neat. I first used Scout on a Rogue build, because I liked how it worked with the concept of a reformed bandit. Said ex-bandit hits enemies over the head with an oar. It is a family heirloom oar, and I base its appearance on the real-world eku.
Note that Flying Tackle, a Guardian feat, has the same missing text. The feat & class feature selections of a Guardian presumes they'll be wearing medium/heavy armor, and either carrying a shield & weapon or a 2-handed weapon. Unless they're fighting like Jim Harper*, they won't have a hand free.
On the power of missing text: One of the places you can get Unbalancing Sweep is from the Mauler archetype, which expressly specializes in two-handed weapons. Note that Unbalancing Sweep's text does not say that you don't need a hand free. #pathfinder2e
Whelp. There it is. The worst interpretation of Lancelot. Thank you for making me see this, YouTube. My fault for having eyes, honestly.
Take-Haver: [the most insane shit I've heard all day, just an ouroboros of anal autophagia] Me: that's real fucking neat-o
I normally love #Pathfinder2e art in general, as I did the previous edition, but... like... what on Golarion happened to Ulka Oathshriek? She's got one of the best Orc Names that I've ever seen but why did the usually-great Wayne Reynolds do her like THAT?
The Pactmasters (a council of witchwyrds) go extremely hardcore when crossed.
What's #editing like for me? It's like this. I edit by rewriting my first draft in a program called Cold Turkey Pro, which locks me out of the rest of my computer until I meet a goal. It saves to a .txt, which I then add to a larger .txt called "The Total". Why? It's for consulting as I rewrite. 1/2
