Datamonger. Champion of dachshunds. Baked goods enthusiast. A smile, a conquest, and a dagger up your strap.
My sympathies. One of the few benefits of Shiloh aging is that he's lost enough hearing to tolerate the racket.
Bad news: Shiloh requested to go out and say hi to the neighbors and I missed the Ivory Coast goal. Good news: Peacock can be rewound, so I did see it after all. Shiloh has no regrets, as he's a Germany fan (of course).
@darthbluesky.bsky.social Darth, he may look doubtful, but Buddy is secretly delighted to be turning 13!
Happy Birthday! I still think of the 1960s Gorgosaurus and Lambeosaurus display whenever I visit your workplace.
@darthbluesky.bsky.social Sorry to barge in, but we have a tongue blep situation here!
A cat who is 85% tail, and a dachshund who knows that he's the fairest of them all
We are honored! The good folks at Animal Medical Clinic of Wheaton have chosen Shiloh's image to grace their waiting room wall along with four other pets! They're the best!
I thought “poop seeds” meant rabbit poop, which is what Shiloh snacks on in the yard
In honor of the Father Of Our Country, born on this date in 1732, I made a cherry crisp. I think Ol' George and his wooden teeth would have liked it.
Music lovers! We're back at Edman Chapel for the second concert of the season! Tonight features one of the true masterpieces of Western music, Mozart's Symphony no. 41! Also on the program is Bruch's Violin Concerto no. 1 and Joel Thompson's engaging To See The Sky. A sumptuous evening of music!
