I ordered Thai food (specifically some spicy tom yum soup to blast out this head cold) and I added a side of sticky rice, and this is how it came. I kind of am enjoying their informality and creativity in packaging. 7.5/10 would order from again.
I finally bought myself a cast iron grill pan and I’m impressed with the sear I got on these thighs! Seared them on one side for about 5 mins, flipped them, then finished in a 450 oven for 10-ish minutes. Perfect!

This person I follow on instagram that lives in Philadelphia and shops at farmers markets a lot influenced me in the best way because she had the most delicious looking purple sauerkraut with her breakfast and when I saw turkey kielbasa on sale… DONE! Sautéed mushrooms, onions, and squash too.
There’s a new-ish Chicago tavern style pizza (IYKYK) place in SE called Proof Pizza and they have a pizza called The Layla, which is their vegetarian pizza. I ordered extra giardiniera (because of course I did) and I’m a lil dubious of it because it’s in oil not brine. But overall B+ #PizzaSky
