Remember the dark days following NBC abruptly pulling #Community from their fall 2012 schedule when the show’s Twitter account started doing giveaways? IIRC, I think I was one of the first that won a signed script and a shirt. I still have both, but I’ll always treasure Joel’s autograph to me.
Reorganized my EVA-Trek storage shelf to also include all of the binders for the other original scripts I’ve worked on. It’s kinda nice to have all my working materials in once place; gives a tangible sense of accomplishment.
Man, I can’t believe it’s been five years already since I joined my company.

BAM - EVA-Trek 402’s first draft script is done! There’s a TON of fixes to be made, but the whole reason of the first draft is to be questionable so it can be improved.
It’s kinda funny that I still have the photo I took on the afternoon of August 17, 2012 when I first bought #Community on DVD. It would be the day that I officially became a rabid fan of the show, and my life would never be the same afterwards…

Also found my notes from that time I wrote an entire fake season of #Community as part of a fandom exercise on Twitter back in 2012. This was part of the “Darkest Season 4,” and it “aired” when S4 was supposed to in Fall, 2012. This is episode 409, a Chang-led Christmas Carol.
Was just going back through some of my old scripts and writing notes and discovered this… I have absolutely no memory of coming up with a House MD crossover featuring Jay and Silent Bob. And there are MULTIPLE pages of notes on the plot and premise. No wonder I turned into a fanfic writer.
