Hey Folks, ScreamingMadden here and I like Football, Food, Video Games and Games Media. He/Him
Great Activity idea! Unfortunately I haven’t played or beat many of these games: giantbomb.com/ogu
Waluigi in Mario Tennis has more of a Wake Forest Demon Deacon snarl than he does nowadays where he has gritting teeth as he frowns.
Is the Elassoma the left fish? That fish looks rad! The black and blue colors makes me think it’s the Stellar’s Jay of the fish world:
My Bluesky Feed right now. All I gotta say is, get it together Mexico!
Why it’s because Yoshi was a secret character in the original Super Mario Bros and SMB Deluxe on Game Boy Color made him more accessible. I’m kidding, the Yoshi Egg was an added collectable in Deluxe. I’m not sure why it’s 85 for Yoshi when his debut was 1991.
Here’s mine. Wanted to pick games that I felt haven’t gotten much attention over the years. Though 3 did release last year:
Yeah that’s a lousy AI Image. The real best images though are seeing a Rareware promo Art of Pierce Brosman doing Bond stuff in Rare pre-rendered pictures of Goldeneye. These where made by people:
This is probably where I can post this but this was a perfectly aligned 2 Skeets that were about that Mexico/South Africa game. Top skeet is from a College Football account that’s now a Soccer account for FIFA haha. congrats on Mexico winning!
So I wanted to draw a Cook, Serve, Delicious picture in Chicory if I entered a Restaurant. Found this Slice (Pizza) shop that my dog artist’s sister Clementine showed me and that was where I got the motivation to draw the android companions in CSD3 Whisk and Cleaver:
Happy Belated 5 year anniversary to one of my favorite games Chicory: A Colorful Tale. I celebrate I‘lil post this picture I drew in the game and the story behind it:
I want to point out that Lex Luthor and Rouge the Bat are characters featured in 2 different Blight Club Games played by the folks on @giantbomb.com. Superman 64 and Sonic 06. Both of which are Dan games. Uhh…Lex Wins?
Game #15 Vampire Crawlers: Honestly this game annoyed me in a few spots from the Bridge Stages being really freaking hard to the bosses taking to long to kill even with good combos. But there’s no denying this is an addictive card game and you get so powerful once you get a good deck. Poppea MVP
I should have posted this earlier but today I completed my 10k run hosted by the Colorado Marathon and I was aiming for 9:30 per mile but I CRUSHED my goal today! My brother did the Marathon and he went 10 minutes faster than last year!
Wait this isn’t Ice Cream based on the Mario Party 5 mini game? Missed opportunity:
That Onix is from a card called Brock’s Onix: tcgplayer-cdn.tcgplayer.com/product/8397...
Early 3D Pictures on Pokémon Cards were a vibe. Here’s a few more to include:
Game #12 Star Fox 64 Hmm, wonder what movie news got me to play this one? Funny enough I didn’t play a Star Fox game until Adventures and that sure isn’t a traditional Star Fox. But playing this was a lot of fun. Good mission variety and loved The boss fights.
Feeling happy I made this before today’s Blight Club because I got my own Space Ace BC art. Starring Space Dan, Borfnotti and a Mini Grubb as Kimmy. @gbdudersfeed.bsky.social @danryckert.com @tolkoto.com @grubb.wtf
Game #11 Metroid Zero Mission This is a GBA game that I own but I never got far back as a kid. Played this again on NSO and man this game rules! An awesome remake of the Original Metroid with tight controls and the music while kind of a greatest hits list still slaps. Also nice rating:
Game #10 Backyard Soccer 98' This was another childhood game I never beat back then but now I have. Actually I lost in the World Tourney initially but got payback! A mostly easy game that controls more like an RTS but a fun one to revisit. Ricky Johnson was the MVP of the Title Game.
Happy St. Patrick's Day. Anyone do any fun gaming related activities tied to the day? Or any by coincidence? I'm in the World Tournament of Backyard Soccer '98 and I'm very lucky to have the Pot O'Goals in my Group to play on this day:
Any of the Pies in the Cook, Serve, Delicious series. They are easy to make and usually look pretty good:
I played Burnout Revenge on OG XBOX. It was rad! I mained the Madden Challenge Bus.
Game #8 Wave Race 64: So this game doesn’t roll credits when you clear Championship on any difficulty. But w/ suspend points I beat the Expert Championship and I have a greater admiration for WR64 now. A fun racing game with great water physics and immaculate vibes with the visuals and music:
I checked out the Flock Around Demo on Steam Next Fest. This game is Webfishing meets Pokemon Snap with a Birding angle. Can take pictures of birds solo or with friends and if you take pictures of birds, you get more money to improve your equipment or get calls for birds. Seems really good!
We could have had a cool remake design for Baron Aloha if Sony knew to put Bluepoint on the remake:
