I know you’re dealing with a new creek right now. I’m currently in the hospital and at rec therapy we made flowers yesterday and decorated vases today for mother’s day. I won’t be able to get mom or my wife anything this year so these will be the gift for now.

Winners this year. Despite having 3 final four teams, I didn’t win any money. (I didn’t have the championship game even close). Next year I’ll be on it quicker. Thanks for a fun year. Said it before, but was a great read whether I was in the hospital or at home. Hope you have a great one
Not a birder, yet, but was walking the pooches recently in Mesa, and came across this bird who I hadn’t seen before in a neighbors shrub. Got lucky with the photo as I was walking three doggos.
Shaking my head as the mess with draft position. But nice to see them play well as a whole. Lots of conflicting feelings in the backyard. Dog not impressed.
Got the ivs going tonight. But have a decent tv in the room. Can’t complain too much.

Been in the hospital for a couple weeks now. Surgery 10 days or so ago. @mrsdemarquis.bsky.social brings sheets in because my skin can’t stand Mayo sheets or any hospital sheets. She sent me a picture of little Lu sniffing the sheets she brought home on Saturday that nearly broke me. Miss them all
