What's going on here? This one is going pretty fine with them dragons~ Pretty hefty long session, 4th or 5th iteration, but I like how it's going!

Still slower than I would like, but I got a draft going and started elaborating the poses.

The characters who will be featured in the next piece. Of course I'm familiar with dragons, but it feels like quite the jump after so many dinosaurs in a row!

Base colors are all there, tomorrow I'll work out the background, then flux on to the shades and the rest~! The heat is pretty intense atm, but I'm chugging along at a reasonable pace. All I can ask for, I suppose.

Character lines complete, tomorrow the background and the finally some color~ Really lots of detail work, more than I expected, but I think it is definitely worth it.

Got done what I set out to do today and began with the clear-lines. Despite the heat, a good run, I wanna say, I'm pretty positive about this image~

Today went reasonable well despite the heat. Some more detail areas on Ruby need definition, then I can deal with the faces and get close to clear-lining, next time.

Commission in progress. It has begun~ I still need to do a lot of definition work here, but I found the general direction I wanna go for. Thought I would find a nifty ref, but nope, went on all in by myself instead.

Facial studies in preparation for the next image~ gonna be some girl on girl action with Ducky and Ruby.

The background is dealt with~ All that is left are the character shades and polish, will keep this one cellshade for a little extra screen-feeling.

Incidental dino-lady prepared. Lines for the background done, plus one prop. Full focus on the characters next time~

Could make a good amount of progress with the sketch, despite all the time and energy I put into writing so much~ glad I did it! Next time I can probably start the clear lines, finally!

I still highly recommend checking my journal series on FA. Writing it has been more intense than I anticipated, but regardless, what I can do to progress my art, is going to happen. Today I could refine the character bases.

Set the basics for the scene now. Of course refinements and elaborations need to happen still. It's indeed a bit of a challenge, but I think I can take it on.

Have to solve some perspective challenges here. Got a bit off on the wrong foot yesterday, but now the tide is turning an I'm curious to see how this will turn out~!

Tomorrow I might actually be able to finish this. Base lights are all there now and I have begun with the atmospheric light. Highlights and post-polish are up next. Going pretty nicely for a huge 3-character piece, I think.

Could make more progress today than yesterday; shades are all set and I began with the base lights~! Underestimated the shadows a little, but the lights have gone fluently so far despite me starting them at the end of today's run.

Made some progress today again. Lines and flats are all done and perhaps I will be able to complete this piece tomorrow.

Page 8 of "Of The Remonstrance" is in full progress. Happy with how Littlefoot is turning out~ The old 2020 take really shows how much actually has changed, I'm much more satisfied with the updated version.
