I liked this model enough to get a second one wild swing in accuracy though the gunmetal gains 17 seconds a month, give or take the silver loses 10-11 seconds a month
I bought a G-Shock square late last year but never really wore it much didn't like how the strap felt on me and as it turns out, I wasn't a big fan of the negative display recently got a steel bezel and bracelet for it, gonna wear it all day to see how it feels
I love this watch because it's one of the more functional watches I've got and it's the most "I want to pretend I'm in a 80s-90s sci-fi movie" feeling, especially post-modding
sometimes, when I went up there, I'd also go watch a movie at this hole in the wall called Center Cinema I'd try to go for Tuesday because of the $2 Tuesday tickets looking at news articles, looks like the place finally closed in 2015 today, it's an empty lot waiting for an apartment building
I used to hang out here a bunch back in the early to mid 00s I couldn't remember the address, but luckily, I dug it out with the help of the DDR machine map on DDRFreak and the Wayback Machine the only pictures on Google Maps of the place was the very first ones taken in '07
whoops, irreparably damaged a watch I was working on the post on which the seconds hand is supposed to be mounted has snapped off the watch still works fine, but now it's a two hander
it's funny how much money went into this the new case and faceplate cost several times more than the whole original watch the bracelet was about the same as the original watch the clasp was about 2x and now I'm thinking about doing it again but in black
took the stealth build from last week and changed to a different dial with better spacing the previous one had the minute markers ever so slightly unevenly spaced this is what I do at 3 in the morning
finished this one last night as a stealth build this one's an automatic, so I'm still going to have to regulate the timing, because I don't know how the movement's accuracy is out of the box
added back one link now that I've been wearing it a while and seeing how long Inset the adjustable clasp it's funny how this is one of my favorite watches considering it's a cheap Casio I fancied up
gonna be like, two weeks before the new crystal can get here so here it is, the watch that someone pointed out to me looks like Lord Zedd
almost done putting together this watch I might've snipped the winding stem a little short but at least it still works also I cracked the crystal while I was removing it so I need to put in a new one might also swap the hands for something more legible against the stone red dial at a later date
this made me think immediately of that issue of Slut Girl where the protag first first meets Slut Girl look, I don't remember their names
when I first got this watch, I got annoyed at how the hour hand was off the hour indices when the minute hand hit the top of the hour so I opened it up and accidentally lost the second hand today I installed a new set of hands completely, and now this is wearable again
just for kicks, I ordered a $5 watch off of AliExpress that's a clone of the Casio MRW-200H works alright and is now the cheapest watch I got I could see myself using it regularly
dang had this maybe 4 years now the funny thing is I downgraded to this from an Aeropex back then because I didn't like having a device with a proprietary charging standard
of the three on my desk right now, I don't think I've really used much more than the basic arithmetic functions I also got these in order from left to right
cleaning up my YouTube subscriptions, found this I know this used to be a vtuber because I use an extension to manually categorize everything now they're gone and I don't remember who used to be there
