Luna has been very sick with rampant diarrhea, the extreme heat makes things worse. Recovery has been difficult—she refuses water to stay hydrated and won’t eat bland foods. I’ve been diluting chicken broth with water and mixing it into her water bowl & bland food, and today she seems a bit better.

Our daily walk usually follows the same beaten path, but Luna chose a different route and I followed her; yesterday she found a seldom-used by us, beautiful trail — it was lovely.
Our cat went missing 18 days ago, we posted and searched for her, asking neighbors all around. Yesterday she came back howling for petting and food. Now she is sleeping without any care. I have gone from being very happy to nagging her nonstop. She is not going out until I say so. #catissues
