I can't celebrate the 250th with democracy in peril. Even if I'm the only one...
Juneteenth is cause for reflection, not celebration. Until today. This joyous gathering is recognition of the excellence that survived well over 250 years of slavery, lynchings, Jim Crow, discrimination & mindless hatred. It's a reminder that our country was better and a prayer it can be again.
My design for a tattoo I had done when I was 63. Herons and cranes are my husband's spirit animals. Our tattoo artist stayed pretty close close to my original. 😊

My keyboard is working fine on all platforms except X. It is repeating letters, won't hold capitalization. Any idea what's going on? I was trying to write the caption "AI IS DANGEROUS". Literally could not get it to work, even one letter at a time.
