Crone that likes math, body horror, and Twilight Princess. Read my comics at turbofanatic.com
Apologies for the messy sketch but I like this concept and I'm prioritizing what little free time I have for finishing Aphelion. Some sort of jet/dragon/person that might show up in Remediation.
A rabbit binkies while hyperkinetic kill vehicles take out a kaiju.
Doing more watercolors. I should start making some weirder stuff but I want to build up a backlog of normie flowers and birds to give away when I inevitably forget to get a gift for someone.
My truest love, making stuff out of trash. In this case unrolled aluminum cans and sharpies.
Gave the moon in Remediation an eccentric orbit. It's tidally locked, but the same way Mercury is, which always presents the same side (or it's 180 deg opposite) to the Sun at perihelion. In this case it's a 4:1 spin orbit resonance, so it's always the same side at periapsis.
FYIJ Secret Santa for @mentemori.bsky.social I love drawing meat :)
And here's my contribution for the 24 hour Turbophone 2026 challenge!
Got tired of having to reference prior pages for what the main characters in Aphelion look like, so I'm making a full reference for Remediation
Added a tilted orbit, with "eclipse seasons" twice a year that have total eclipses which can last up to 3 hours every month (about 7 earth days). I attempted to add another moon but eventually realized that this is a binary system, and will therefore eject anything close. So no more nearby moons :(
Working on the orbital mechanics for the remediation project, want to get various year lengths, eclipse lengths/frequencies, and day lengths correct (or at least within the right ballpark)
For some reason I'm thinking about this old Aphelion comic I made, where people enslave AIs to make pornography and this nearly causes the apocalypse. Anyways.
Drastic times. Back from vacation! I had a lot more fun than Brian did. Which isn't really saying much.
Playing around with a leaky ballpoint pen. Have some ideas for a new project.
