Does anyone in the cosplay community know what I can do for the emblem and letters on the back of this suit? For context I’m using a jumpsuit/coveralls for the base. Ideally it should survive the wash as well #cosplay #residentevil #biohazard
Its great that RE1-3 are on a mainstream storefront like steam, but whats unacceptable is that they alongside Dino Crisis 1-2 use Enigma DRM which tanks performance. Its not this way on GOG, so whats the point?? Remove this shit @capcomusa.com
RE2 remake Leon is fine but his softness there made everyone treat him like a puppy dog when if anything he should be a cat. He’s described as having sharper eyes, not looking super friendly, and his mannerisms in og RE2 have more bite.
RE1 Remake is also the best remake the industry has ever done and I'd play that too if you haven't. Its honestly the closest a remake has ever come to being better than the original at being the original, and even still its a different experience in the bigger picture
The original 3 RE games are some of my favorite games I've played in a long time, full of rich atmosphere and characters. While RE2's remake is a good game, it can't beat the original at being RE2. I'd give them a try, or atleast respect for being defining works in the medium
Fixed cameras are able to give a sort of cinematic flair to a game while working with the level design to emphasize or obscure elements to either clue players in on something important or give some effective horror.
When he was making RE1 Remake before that he deliberately chose to keep it fixed to stay faithful to what that game was. Though at the time he was already considering fixed cameras "limiting" he was dead set on staying true to the way they defined the original game. (3/3)
the only reason the series pivoted away from fixed cameras and towards over the shoulder is because after 6 games he thought the same gameplay format was getting a bit stale and that there was room for experimentation, thus bringing RE4 into the picture (2/3)
When people say that fixed cameras were only born out of technical limitations, they don't have the full picture. Resident Evil uses fixed cameras because Mikami took inspiration from Alone in the Dark because of its cinematic horror experience (1/3)
Haven’t played Resident Evil Remake yet but every single time I see it I swear it’s the best looking GameCube game I’ve ever seen
I think the people saying that Leon and Claire's outfits in the remake are better than their originals are the most boring individuals alive and I hope they grow and change as people
