Remember the day when Russia announced they'd destroyed Ukraine's Navy? Well the "invisible" navy today claims it sank an FSB ship - the border guard "Izumrud" was hit by a Sargan-3000 marine drone near Novorossiysk There are dead and injured crew members says Ukraine.

Here are the results of one Ukraine strike on occupied Luhansk overnight. This time, Ukraine following Russia in striking parking lots. With logistics already stretched for the invaders, losing vehicles at this rate is more devastating.

Another missile strike on Odesa has killed a woman, and injured one other person. The hit was in a residential area, a fire broke out in the house affected and three homes were damaged by the blast wave. #RussiaIsATerroristState

The ex Commander of Ukraine's 155th brigade has appeared in court, but denied ordering the kidnap & murder of two civilian men. Stanislas Luchanov said he'd never even seen the brothers, whose bodies were found on his unit's territory. He did not fight the prosecution for bail.

Odesa continues to come under heavy attack(s) There were drone attacks last night at regular intervals, and this morning a big hit resulting in this fire. The regional council says civilian and industrial infrastructure were damaged. Here tanks of sunflower oil caught fire.

Yuliia Svyrydenko, sacked as Prime Minister of Ukraine, has been offered the job as ambassador to the United States. She's not yet accepted. Her replacement is expected to be confirmed as Naftogaz CEO Serhii Koretskyi, probably tomorrow and ratified in parliament Thursday.

Early this morning there were reports of explosions at, or near, the airport in the Russian resort town of Genedzhik. The smoke seen here has since subsided, but it's still not known what happened.

After the strikes on the Salavat refinery, people in the city are already making long queues at gas stations, previously the city had relatively few problems with fuel shortages.

In Kharkiv region, drone strikes hit the former “Railway hospital” in Izium. An adjacent high-rise apartment block was also damaged by the blast wave. No injuries are reported.

In free Donetsk overnight, Russia managed to hit another train locomotive. No-one was injured.

Last night I reported the hit on the Afipsky oil refinery in Krasnodar region, and there was also a second strike during the rest of the night. This one was way over in the east of Russia, at Salavat in Bashkortostan. #UkraineSanctions

As I reported last night, one missile fell next to a school (#10) in Kyiv's Darnitskyi district. The building, windows and sports grounds were all damaged.

So Kyiv was spared the worst with some anti ballistic air defence having appeared since the previous attack. Nonetheless there was at least one direct hit, debris falling elsewhere and still smoke hanging over Ukraine's capital this morning.

10 missiles and 135 drones were fired by Russia overnight. Ukraine shot down 2/2 of Kh-59 rockets, and 5 of 8 Iskander-M/S-400 ballistic types. Two others "disappeared" and 1 hit. 108/133 UAVs were stopped (2 still flying), a lower success rate of 81.2%

Russia's losses are down a little in the last 24 hours and I don't know the reason. It could be as simple as troop rotation, or trouble collating data from one unit. Still, 2 more air defence systems ruined and 1,120 invaders dead/disabled.

The "chips are down" for Russia - and the sausages may be next to run out! The country's second biggest sausage manufacturer, Vladimirskiy Standart, today reportedly sent home all 4,000 employees, telling them they have no cash to pay them, or operate, due to the financial crisis.

Back to Odesa region - this video just in, showing the explosions in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi (Akkerman). Again, this could be debris damage as initial indications are air defence did well.

Russian troops are having trouble with fuel trucks anywhere they go it seems. Mali rebels have followed Ukraine's lead and smashed a logistic supply convoy of the so-called "Afrika Corps."

Kyiv - a house is said to be on fire on the left bank. It could be from falling debris in Darnytskyi district. Awaiting confirmation.

A "Georgian Dream" MP acquired a $500,000 residence. Media exposed Nino Cilosaani, from the Russian oligarch supporting party, as owner of an apartment and garage in an exclusive residential complex on Mount Mtatsminda in Tbilisi.

Cars are also on fire in the Darnitskyi district of Kyiv following the Russian ballistic missile attack. This is first video of the explosions which resounded across the capital tonight.

No word yet of possible damage in Kyiv - but this is how it sounded in the capital a few minutes ago.

It looks like Ukraine has already hit an oil refinery tonight. A fire can be seen at the Afipsky plant just south-west of Krasnodar city.

Another Lenin was toppled today! Thankfully Ukraine got rid of (almost) all of the statues imposed under occupation. But they still appear in every town in Belarus - but the one in Vitebsk fell during a storm. Presumably it was a wind from the west? 😉
