I do! I love that machine testing is a perfect fit for Jest suites. For the past 3 yrs, I’ve slowly been convincing teams to ditch Jest for any test that renders UI. Machine testing is essentially testing `state + event = newState + effects` across each transition.

So I'm reading about Minnesota's Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) program in @jennifersenior.bsky.social book “All Joy and No Fun” and my jaw is on the floor! Why doesn't this exist in every state? Can I at least find some program similar to this here in NC?! So far it seems unique to MN

Dear @barkbox.bsky.social, your Advent Calendar make life very difficult for us toddler parents. My 2 yr-old loves to give treats to our Great Dane, but the ones with icing present a lesson in Schrödinger’s meltdown. Today he opted to keep the treat and eat the icing himself 🙈

My “CTO” title is purely ceremonial. It’s for the school bus I’m converting in my spare time 😅 But my day job is with Ally Bank as an engineering manager.
