As for Rowan, I think a snippet might do better here.

From the north she arrived, walking alone under the glare of a Black Sun. The old colors on her coat were bleached away to faded memory, punctuated by more recent bloodstains, and the sheen that once adorned her gloves and boots as lifeless as the mountainous bones in the distance. The blade of a sword dragged across stark white sands as green eyes gazed out into the heat-haze of the horizon with the ravenous intent of a circling vulture.
Rowan Grim sucked in a labored breath.
Rowan Grim, who wandered through the arid land with a morbid, weary tread. Who walked the Badlands in a loose coat meant to keep out dust and sand, whose garments underneath were chosen more for their lightness and durability than their aesthetics. Who dragged a fine sword behind her with the same disregard as a gravedigger hauled corpses of the plague-dead. Who marched onward, heedless of the devouring grind of entropy, her brow cast in an inexorable glare at her immediate objective in the distance.

“You won’t win. Can’t win. The corporations. The greed. The slow decay of the ecosystem. The corruption of humanity itself. It’s all too big for us to fight. Why don’t any of you see that?”
He pulled her head back up, but the arm froze before he could drive her down again. Sparks from his chest emerged, the coolant goo no doubt messing with the internal workings.
She pried herself free and stumbled to her feet, ignoring the pain. “You’re right, you know. It’s all too big. Too big for one person.”
Paladin Pan caught him by surprise. Punched him in the teeth.
He stumbled back.
She hit him again. Broke his nose. “But no war is won by just one person.”
He tried to block.
A hard kick almost took a leg out from under him. “Wars like this are won in small ways. Little people fighting battles.”
Red Tiger Liu staggered back from a backhand across his face.
She followed up with a kick that almost took off his jaw. “Small enough to win.”
His face strained, his metal parts sluggish in their movements.
Her heel smashed his cybernetic arm. Sparks and shrapnel flew in a dozen different directions. “But big enough to matter.”

I've started.

Evelyn always wanted a garden wedding. She had her eye on the public park not far from her childhood home, a place where the trees formed a nice canopy that let trickling beams of sunlight through. There was enough space for a small wedding party there, and if it was in mid-autumn, there was a nice, relaxing chill in the air.
She wanted red velvet for the cake, with little flowers of cream along the edge of the circle. She wanted foods that were served cold or would still be good if reheated, because her best friend Manny had hangups about eating in front of other people like he was some sort of alley cat. She wanted a white dress with bits of the yellow-and-black sash around her waist, to show she was daddy’s girl and she was the ‘tiger princess’ of his martial arts school.
The details were set ever since she was four. All the details, except for one. The song she wanted for her first dance changed in 1999. She just didn’t know it at the time.

And last but not least, Rowan Grim. Actually, this outfit is more of a snapshot than the others because the current plan is for Rowan to end up dressed and armed differently each time because her gear gets ruined. Though this is the look she's got some fondness for.

And here's Pimi. The outfit is a deliberate attempt to get away from the styles of her homeland, though the red and gold are typical Shang colors. She's the bustiest of the girls, and actually also the tallest. Combined with the severity of her face and she can come across as dommy.

And this is Kessa, in her "business" getup. The attire is almost a uniform among sorcerers, but the stripes and colors are Irina's influence. The gloves and monocle are Kessa's, though. Not shown here is that she and Irina are about the same height, but Kessa has less muscle and bulk.

So I tinkered with some SC6. This is Irina. Yes, that is her fabulously pink sword. I used tattoos to substitute for her white scales. She's also in armor dyed in complementary colors to the sword. Somewhat less visible is how lean and mean she is, physically speaking.

Violence. Irina enjoys her violence, as long as it doesn't ruin her outfits.

A clown with a stolen sword came at her, taking advantage of her moment of distraction.
With a displeased hiss, she unclasped her cloak and threw it in her assailant’s face. Blinded for a moment and unable to cut through the fabric right away, he stumbled. The viper stepped behind him and cut him off at the hamstrings, pulling the cloak away to keep any blood from getting on it. Cleaning out bloodstains was such a chore.
All the effort was for naught when another lit the cloak ablaze with a torch, forcing her to discard it. She lured him towards the table, letting her rage seize her thoughts as she kicked it towards him. Before he could remove himself from it, she cut his head off at the neck. Her annoyance at losing a perfectly good cloak made her punt his head to the face of another assassin as a final, petty insult.
She let one of the disguised guards finish the man off, turning her focus elsewhere.
Irina let out an irritated hiss as she parried another assassin’s dagger, then cut him open from stomach to throat. The profane magic used to forge the blade in her hands made killing an easier process, requiring less effort to carve open flesh and cleave through bone. In her mind, it was a small boon compared to how the blade really just paired well with all of her outfits.
“Black goes with everything, whether blade or dress.”

#SFFChat Q4 So, this is from an older short story of mine. It is a father answering his daughter's questions on romantic love.

“How do you know if you feel that kind of love for someone, father?”

“You do not truly know love, but instead find...an understanding of it,” he answered. He turned to face his daughter, one hand stroking his forked beard. “Love is the interplay of complex pieces held together by time, affection, and respect. It is built, not felt.”

Messed around a little with the character generation function of RPG Maker VX, and ended up with very rough approximates of Kessa, Pimi, and Irina. The color of Irina's scales are wrong, but that's only because there's no option to make them white. I should try making them in something else.
