Dropping in to third the motion to have you read the book and its sequels, hopefully these two book vs movie depictions helps sell it 🥰

A vertical comparison of Howl from Howl's Moving Castle. The first panel is the movie version, in which he appears more dreamy with a softer expression. He is gently saying "I've been looking for you everywhere."

The second panel is the book version, in which Howl is dressed more like a fuckboy bard and has an almost punchable face. He's doing finger guns to an offscreen Sophie and saying "Hey girl do u like Wonderwall??? No? That's okay wanna come back to my place & watch me cry for 20 minutes?"
