4 mile out and back hike up Council Bluff. Start at the lake, first shot 1.5 miles up, second shot at the top of the 2 miles. Mt Adams. You can see Mt Rainier and Mt Hood from the top, but pictures don't do them justice because they are farther away. Lots of butterflies today.

When I feel the world I can't control go crazy, my refuge is always in out in nature. 3-4 miles through a wetlands wildlife preserve 30 minutes from home. Black tailed deer, herons, ducks, geese, and we think a pair of river otters.
