Badge acquired (by mail) See y’all at AWU! I’ll be selling Saturday and Sunday in the Artist Alley, and might swing by Friday evening after work for fun times. Depends on how things go with the new job I’m starting next week.

The "panel" below this narration shows my sona, Usagi, in the Decisive Battle Chaldea uniform on the left side of the page, with the female version of Fujimaru Ritsuka wearing the same uniform on the right. "Good working with you," Usagi says while bumping fists with Ritsuka. "Likewise," Ritsuka replies. They both smile at one another. This is a generally amicable exchange.

The bottom half of the comic begins with this narration: "Other times..."
A little heart-shaped object with small, undetailed wolf ears and a tail, goes "eep!" as Kris Deltarune grisps it forcefully from the bottom and glares bloody daggers at it (metaphorically but might as well be physically). "YOU..." Kris says in a wobbly-drawn speech bubble literally dripping with resentment. It's nothing personal, while at the same time being extremely so. Kris just hates the player no matter what they do.

Panel 2: Dazzled at this sight, he thinks to himself, “This… this summoning shouldn’t be possible!” Meanwhile the first ascension outfit of this particular spirit origin begins to reform around him. In this panel we see his top hat and prosthetic left arm take shape.

Panel 3: As he reaches for the light before him with his gloved right hand, he laughs internally. “You never cease to surprise me, my accomplice!”

Panel 4: Surrounded by a prism of light, Edmond Dantes takes form in Chaldea.

Panel 5: Usagi, my sona, looks up in alarm. “It worked?!” She says aloud. This panel is uncolored.

Panel 6: This is the only panel to be in full color. Edmond stands before Usagi with a smile, which she returns with a tear in her eye. “Very well,” Edmond’s internal monologue continues. “Who am I to refuse such an earnest call?”
