Spent the last two days moving a bunch of stuff off this Mac mini and onto the new server. Now RAM usage is back down to sane levels.
Now that I'm in the process of returning the used Optiplex, I need to find something else. The Mac mini is struggling to keep up. It's only really supposed to be running Home Assistant after all.
Can confirm that I feel like I'm being baked alive. Feels like 46 degrees Celsius is crazy.

Qobuz is a day late putting up the new NMIXX album, but to my surprise it's actually in Hi-Res 24-bit 96 kHz. That's a first for one of their actual albums. YouTube does not do a song like Crescendo justice. This song feels full, but not loud or overexerting.
Leo Presents has announced that Montreal and New York shows for the ChRocktikal tour are sold out which is great. As for Toronto, they claim the capacity is 1000 people. The venue claims its capacity is 800. As someone who went there to see Purple Kiss, realistically 500-600 is probably pushing it
I have mixed feeling about this. On one hand, people who bought tickets early probably feel ripped off a bit, but maybe it convinces some new fans to just take a chance to see an awesome performance since the barrier of entry is so low. #ChRocktikal
Looks like Qobuz finally has the new ChRocktikal song. It's a very interesting mix of styles with the flute and the rock. Bass guitar is pretty prominent at certain parts too.

This was interesting.😆 Purple Kiss out in the first round feels off, but it was a tough matchup against Deukae. I'm pretty satisfied with the rest.
Now for what actually matters: sound quality. Gets an A+ from me. Seems to be one of those 180g heavier vinyl records too. Very little distortion. No cracks and pops. The record itself is very clean. Happy to say that DCC did not cut corners. #ChRocktikal
Ok, first of all, I wasn't expecting it to be a clear vinyl with a hint of colour. Also, this might be the nicest inner sleeve I've seen on a vinyl record from the factory. #ChRocktikal
