A film called LO, it's so weird and different. It is low budget, but the writing is great and the acting, imo. There's demons, singing, and a love story. There's something very beautiful about it and its message. I love it lots. #HorrorWritersChat

It interests me that Heart Shaped Box is someone's scariest read. You never know what'll grab a reader, do you? That story, while pure fiction, was written a couple years after my stepdad(the only dad I ever truly knew, so my dad) died of cancer. Writing helps us cope and so does reading.🖤
This reviewer got it right when they said each story starts off somewhere familiar, but then slides into a more unsettling place. Exactly what I was going for with most of the tales. Life can seem ordinary, but we never know what lurks around the corner, do we? 🖤
