I’ve given up wearing this on my work lanyard.. because this week has frankly been awful. You kind of expect a level of negativity from the public when you work in public transport. But not from people in your own industry. And I’ve not been the only one. Easiest thing ever to not be a dick! 🥺

We’re a city of Irish/Welsh descent. We’ve never suffered anybody’s nonesense. I was a small kid when they tried the “managed decline” of Liverpool. To look at it now, you’d never know.. and that’s Liverpool and its people. 😊

Last full day tomorrow in Wexford. Whenever we come to Ireland 🇮🇪 I never, ever want to leave! I’m going in to that hometime downer.. that, and I couldn’t get Sunday off work either so straight back to it!
Home for the next 10 days.. gorgeous drive down from Dublin, through Wicklow to Wexford.. Ireland, you never fail to floor me! 🇮🇪

Phoebe and Evelyn’s sunflower race is coming in as a tie at the moment! But the rest of the garden is looking lovely! My dad and grandad were very natural gardeners. I’ve had to work at it and learn. But this year, it’s absolutely belting! 🪴👩🌾🌺🌼🪻🌷
