Joan Mir shows us his technique for transitioning from his bike to running for the MotoGP triathlon. (occurred at the 2020 French GP)
Pedro Acosta (♡.. white helmet, rider on the left..'37'), shows us how he stands up tall while braking, using his body as a parachute. Not easy to hang on and control the brakes doing that, going from 320 kph to 100.
Ai Ogura became the first Japanese rider to win a MotoGP race in 22 years this past Sunday at the Netherlands GP. He did so in badass fashion, going half a lap with his rear suspension stuck lowered from a malfunctioning ride-height device. He got it disengaged, and then passed the top 2 to win.
Just a clip from a MotoGP onboard comp I like. Shows off the speed and proximity better than wide-angle broadcast cameras.
2013 aragon GP.. lovely day to fly around the track at 320kph on prototype racing machines
