Revealed by Meta boss Mark Zuckerberg at a product showcase last September, it was among features hailed by some as providing an accessibility boost.

While Meta says Conversation Focus should not be used as a hearing aid or medical device, it has championed the accessibility benefits of the feature, and of its glasses more widely.

Meta's spokesperson told the BBC the majority of its glasses users would not be impacted by its move to limit lengthier Conversation Focus use to subscribers.

"The subscription is for power users who want expanded access and additional benefits like premium device support," a Meta spokesperson told The Verge.

oh my GOD I am going to ignore all other advice here and build a CROW VENDING MACHINE

To extrapolate a little, In your shoes, I'd try to build a crow vending machine. You have their attention and can probably train them with ease. There are instructions around the internet for a variety of different builds. You make a machine that when they drop something they find in it, it dispenses food. This path also starts with a standard feeder.
On the legal side of things, some states do take issue with domesticated crows. I don't think attack concern is worry some as much as the game commission taking issue. I'm not sure where the line is between putting out a feeder and using a crow vending machine. Maybe someone else can provide more insight here.

the joke about “it sounds like you’re just feeding cats to the coyote” but it’s me constantly feeding tiny cute cats to my kiln and burning them alive

The outside two jars have the lid as the whole cat face with ears for handles, and the center jar has a circular cat head for a tiny knob on top. The cats are all white with one green and one blue eye (though you can’t really tell since they haven’t been fired)
