Weird delay in Alaska courts: An Anchorage police officer got arrested and charged on Jan. 31 for operating under the influence, according to APD. It's been over two weeks and no record of his charges are showing up on the state's Courtview database.

I've been following the termination of international student visas in Alaska, and was sent a copy of a visa revocation letter last night. We'll have a story later today on one of the four University of Alaska students who's seen his credentials revoked, "without prior notice."
The Anchorage Assembly was treated to a performance from the West Anchorage High School production of Hadestown during their meeting this evening. The cast was honored with a resolution, and will be performing an encore at the Alaska Center for the Performing Arts on Saturday.
