Studies show those who spend more time in the sun, & those w relatively higher levels of vitamin D, are less likely to get #MultipleSclerosis. They also seem to get less severe MS & fewer relapses. Sunlight helps our skin produce vit D, which may help regulate the immune system. But use sunscreen!
