I got curious about what the Canadian Children's Rights Council was, and it turns out they are a thinly veiled MRA organization.

What? You literally just said attribution, in particular footnotes, are something that oppresses academics. I'll grant you that there's a conversation to be had about ownership of information, but citation is a weird thing to try and have it.
