Cornell Law ‘14. Financial regulation, law, politics, България, and now featuring fatherhood.
Wurman has now provided a more detailed response, in which he blatantly lies. Keepseagle did not settle for $3bn or involve funds the court said plaintiffs weren’t entitled to. He’s thinking of Cobell, but the Cobell settlement was approved by an act of Congress. He’s a bad person.
It's incredibly easy to find, but. They sent it to every newspaper that was interested. www.staradvertiser.com/2026/07/12/b...
This guy is the most sensitive person in the world. What an incredibly odd position to die on a hill over.
No, after saying you experienced shelling in Dubrovnik in 1993, you posted an article from the NYT that said there was a flair up in 1995 after there had been no shelling for three years, directly contradicting your claim. Why do you keep lying about this?
They’re saying that because Trump filed a petition for rehearing of the denial of his petition for a writ of certiorari in the Supreme Court, the appeal is still pending, and claim it violates the terms of the stipulation regarding the deposit, but it clearly doesn’t:
Does Tracey know a single adult woman? Yes, some women (many in fact) use oblique references to describe difficult or traumatic things that happened to them. Some guys do it, too. Does Tracey have any real human friends?
While yes it’s not the point, also it’s completely wrong. DV covers an unmarried partner. If they’re going to “well actually“, they should at least be right.
“Independent establishment” is a defined term in Title 5, and it covers a lot. So any member of a board or commission overseeing an independent agency is covered, e.g., the NLRB. I think you’re confusing non-member offices of those boards (like GC) with the offices of the actual members of them.
Ok, one other thing I want to say on it is fuck this person and anyone saying anything similar.
The strong cells seem to have mostly disbursed into a broad light-to-moderate rain, which is maybe funnier.
I’ve been told many times that it’s pointless to debate with MAGA, and for a lot of them that’s probably true, but I’ve seen it work. It goes slow, then all at once, then you gotta pull it back a little because they start heading to Academy Sports to start another civil war, and you’re like:
It’s like the “Nerrrd” scene from this same episode. The shouting of “nerrrd” is classic, but what really cinches it is this follow up, with him asking the jock if he saw the nerd, and the jock replying “Pardon Me?” It’s Homer as caricature, everyone else as what it’s mostly actually like.
So, are there regulations on the size of goalie gloves? If not, hear me out:
And this right here is the real crux of the issue. The majority thinks the President is constitutionally entitled to policy space, and that’s just nonsense. Policy belongs to Congress, with the President only granted that which Congress leaves them.
Just saw this, from the NY Post, and if true, will mean Trump has managed to get Iran to go from its decadeslong position of “we do not seek a nuclear bomb” to explicitly seeking a nuclear bomb.
The key is not to air con, but to Con Air your way out of heatwaves.
