Made Korean chicken skewers last night on the grill. Marinated in gochujang & soy then cooked on indirect heat and basted with more sauce as I turned them. They were delicious and I will make these again.

I put anti-theft stickers on my manual

First time cooking a spatchcock chicken. On a gas grill with indirect heat at about 310 with a tin foil smoke box full of cherrywood. The broccoli is just olive oil & jalapeño Tajin (the yellow one). The peppers are just olive oil, salt and vinegar.

Went to the Pirates game Rand fell in love with Pittsburgh all over again. The weather was incredible and everyone was enjoying it.

Moon joy.

We have a 14 year-old beagle that has definitely lost some steps and it’s brutal. Watching her age is hard.

Sunday crockpot roast. It’s been snowing for hours with no end in sight. Stay warm friends.
